This uncirculated note is a replacement print for a 50,000 Lebanese livre note from 2015. The 50,000 Lebanese livre note was issued by the Bank of Lebanon to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the Lebanese army in 2015. It is a blue, green, brown, and red polymer note that measures 140 mm x 77 mm, is dated 2014, and bears the signatures of Bank Governor Riad T. Salameh and First Vice Governor Raed H. Charafeddine. Its obverse side features a silhouette of two soldiers, the national coat of arms, and a soldier carrying the national flag. Its reverse side is vertically oriented and features the Monument of Martyrs in the headquarters of the Lebanese Ministry of Defense, a stalk of wheat, and a saluting soldier. Because the note is made of polymer, it does not have a watermark. However, it has a simulated security thread with demetallized BDL and a serial number with a Z-prefix.
