• request for DOA exchange or refund MUST have the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by us through email within 7 calendar days after the shipment is received.

• replacement or exchange is subject to the inventory in stock and the equivalent will be given when the identical replacement is not available.
• freight and handling charges are not refundable.

Shipping:
