In order to lower the chance of being taxed, we declare the parcel as GIFT with value $10.00 USD.  If you’re asking for a specific value on the parcel, please leave us a note on your purchase. Our distributor center will take care of your order in time.
Your merchandise will be processed within 1-5 business days. We process all the order(s) from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Shipping information

Your order(s) will be shipped by Standard SpeedPAK From China . Once the parcel clears through customs, it will be handed over to your local Post for delivery.
Express Shipping Service is available. The extra postage will vary based on country, please Contact us for more information.
“Estimated Deliver Time” will vary based on your location. Normally you will receive the parcel in 7-45 business days. In order to avoid losing your money and time, we sincerely hope you may consider carefully before ordering.

Unwanted Goods
Return item(s) should include the original packaging and accessories.
The return postage will be on buyer side.
Once you receive the automatic email that confirms the refund, which means that your return has been received and processed.
Faulty / Wrong described Goods
Return item(s) should include the original packaging and accessories.
If you receive a faulty item or wrong product, please contact us for inquiry. We will bare the return postage, and provide a proper solution to the case, such as the replacement, full or partial refund.
For international returns, we will not reimburse for customs, import duties and taxes. These charge are the sole responsibility of the buyer. In the event a package is refused, carrier will return the package to us and charge us return fee.
