Personalisation
Select the product and design you want, then we will need the printed name you want to include. Please use the personalisation box provided above to let me know the changes to the design you want, we will then embroider to your instructions.
WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCESS YOUR ORDER WITHOUT THIS INFORMATION. Please double check all spellings as we copy & paste all your details and can not change or accept a return on the shawl once embroidered. Any personalisation is included in the price when selected.
Delivery
We will usually dispatch the next working day after receipt of a confirmed order and your personalisation details.
We offer free postage, this will be 2nd class post, if you want it sooner, we offer postage upgrade at check out.
You can have 1st class or guaranteed next day delivery, at a small additional cost. 2nd class post shows as, delivery in two to three working days, including Saturdays throughout the UK, but this is only an estimate, so it is best to give it a little longer.
Returns
As a company and in the interest of good customer relations we do accept some returns on a case by case basis. As you will understand being personalised it would be unreasonable for us to take returns in general. If you do find your order is incorrectly embroidered we will rectify your order by replacing the item immediately with a correctly embroidered product. Please contact us as soon as you can, if you do find a problem with your order. Thank you.
