Frames very good.

I do not know current prescription - possibly a varifocal lens.

Do not come with original case - will supply in a generic case.

PLEASE NOTE - All frames come with the current prescription lenses which I would expect the buyer to to replace. I am unable to guarantee the strength or condition of the lenses - only the frames.
