These incredible boots were made by J.S. Coward in New York. I do not know exactly when these were made, but I would guess in the 1900's. There are condition issues that are to be expected with their age. The soles of the shoes are deteriorating, and these may be best suited for display purposes. However, my best guess is that these shoes are between a 6 and a 7, but the limiting factor is the narrow nature of the shoe. I cannot guarantee that these would fit.
