• Click "Message to seller" during checkout, then fill out the following in the message box:
  • Top: Letter
  • Side 1: Full name
  • Side 2: Day and date ("Baptized" will be engraved above the date by default. Please let us know if you would like something different.)
  • Side 3: Church name, city, and state
  • Side 4: Cross 1, Cross 2, Cross 3, or Cross 4 (see images for choices)
  • Bottom: Custom message or verse (maximum of 125 characters)
