A highly flavoured cured sausage premix for the production of Kransky. 

A great starter to leave as is or add cheese, honey, chili etc..

Directions

500g premix, 1.3kg water, 4.2kg pork 75 trim, 1.7kg beef 80-85 trim, 1kg cheese cubes, total 8.7kg,

mince meat to required texture,

 mix meal and water together to form a slurry,

 mix meat and slurry together, mince again and fill out into desired sausage casings

This product contains 0.43% sodium nitrite (250)
