My mother recently passed away and we have started to go through her things.  This book was found among her things, it appears in good condition.  I simply flipped through the pages and it appears in great condition, no highlight marks, I did find one dog eared page that I could see but I didn't look at every single page.  There is left over stick on the front of the book, probably from a yard sale. 

I am not a business, so please inspect the photos carefully and ask for more if there is something you can't tell from the photos.  I do not accept returns due to your lack of inspection, I try to describe to the best of my ability.
Please keep in mind I can not control how fast the USPS will get you your item.
