"Chinese Color Prints of Today" is an 8.75"x13" side-stitched softcover published in 1953 by The Beechhurst Press (New York). There are 17 pages of text, including an introduction by Jan Tschichold, followed by 16 facsimile color reproductions of pieces by 20th century Chinese artists, in the size of the originals. Artists include Ch'i Pai-shi (Qi Baishi), Ch'en Shi-tseng and Chang Ta-ch'ien (Zhang Daqian).

The book is in very good condition. The glassine dust jacket is tattered at the spine, bent at the front flap bottom. The blue card wraps show minimal wear, there are no internal marks, and the binding is sound. The original slipcase is stained at front bottom, has spots off loss and writing at front top, several small stains and smudges to the back, a tear at the spine bottom.
