Please ensure the part is the correct part for your car before bidding as we can only accept returns on incorrectly purchased items with a handling charge. You are welcome to ask questions if you're unsure but I can't always answer immediately.  PayPal is preferred as it protects both parties.

I will not accept a return on items that have been tampered with in any way, if a return has been agreed the item must be returned to me in the condition I sold it in. The items I sell are usually pre-owned and may show signs of wear & tear, please study the photographs and please ask any questions before making your bid. After the auction ends eBay send an automated invoice within 24 hours. I ask for payment within 3 days after auction ends unless you contact me first to say there will be a delay or you wish to continue bidding on other auctions. I accept PayPal or cash on collection only. Your item will be packed to the highest standard. If you have any questions please contact me via eBay 'ask seller a question'. If you have a problem when you receive your item, please contact me immediately to give me the opportunity to resolve.

Postage

All items are sent either by tracked courier or tracked Royal Mail and will be suitably packed for safe arrival. I do not post every day as it is too time consuming. All parts will be dispatched as soon as possible after payment but if urgent let me know and I will make sure they are given priority attention. There is a 24 hour service available at extra cost but again contact me as I do not live and breathe eBay so not always aware of purchases made.

The postage price shown applies to UK Mainland customers only. It does not include Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Scottish Highlands or Offshore Islands. 

Postage outside of the UK mainland can be expensive so please check before bidding with your local courier or via the internet, based on the weight and size of the item. There are also local import duties to consider based on the item value, which I have to put on the post to insure the item correctly.

 You are more than welcome to organize your own collection /courier but there may still be a charge for packing on some items so again, please ask first.
