This exceptional antique sterling silver salver has a plain circular shaped form.
The surface of this George V salver is plain and unembellished.
The rounded raised border is ornamented with six panels of Art Deco style incurved decoration accented with an applied moulded border to the rim.
The salver is supported by three fine and impressive tapering bracket style feet.
This impressive salver was crafted by the renowned silversmiths Reid & Sons and bears the retailer"s mark "Reid & Sons, Newcastle on Tyne" to the underside.
ConditionThis antique sterling silver salver is an exceptional gauge of silver, exceptional quality and in exceptional condition.
The salver has been professionally polished and is in presentation condition.
Full hallmarks struck to the underside of the salver are all very clear.
