To use the upper arm blood pressure monitor:
- 1. Wrap the cuff around your left upper arm.
- 2. You should be able to put 2 fingers between your elbows and the cuff.
- 3. Make sure the cuff is about 2 or 3 cm above the elbow.
- 4. Calm down and choose your user ID. Press the START / STOP button. To get the most accurate results when testing: Try to measure at the same time each day.

- Do not eat, exercise, smoke or drink alcohol before 30 minutes before the measurement. Keep your body relaxed during the measurement, do not speak, do not cross your legs. The time between two measurements is at least 5 minutes. Blood pressure varies throughout the day due to weather, emotions, exercise, and other various factors.
