HOW TO USE:

2.LENGTH STRETCH :Turn the round handle in clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on shoe.
3.WIDTH STRETCH :Turn the "L-Shaped"metal crank handle in clockwise direction until you begin to see surface pressure showing on shoe.
4.WAIT FOR THE BEST RESULTS:Leave shoe stretcher in place for at least 24 hours.
5.REMOVE STRETCHER FROM YOUR SHOE:Turn handles in counterclockwise direction.
