Manufacturer on backside is "Bassett" USA. They are made of a plastic or composite type material like Syroco and Dart Industry pieces, and finished with a gold / bronze tone.

Very good vintage condition -- there is some minor chipping of paint in some spots -- see close-up photos. No chips or cracks in plastic/composite material -- one arm had been loose because the hole for the screw was stripped -- it was neatly and securely glued into place
