I have no way to test the vehicles. The green one has a clean battery compartment. The white one does not. While I see no reason the green one would not operate (very clean) please just assume they don't to be safe. 

I have no idea if everything is there. Somewhat played with condition. A very few of the light blue pieces appear discolored but overall the collection is nice. Sold AS IS.
