Stages:
Stage 1(A1): soft, adapt to a few minutes for the first use, wear for 12 hours a day after adapting, and use it for 1-2 months.
Stage 2(A2): medium elasticity and hardness, suitable for mild to moderate teeth, no significant, can be used directly, the use time is 2-3 months.
Stage 3(A3): A harder material, suitable for further alignment of the teeth or as a fixture to limit the movement of the teeth, use for 3-6 months.

Instructions:
1. Allow yourself to adapt for a period of time, such as 5-10 minutes;
2. If you feel uncomfortable, you can take it off first and take a break before putting it on;
