Way of usage:

applied over the entire surface of the nail 2 times daily for the first 4 weeks of use, then once daily until the nail has grown completely healthy.

Normally, fingernail healing is accomplished in about 6 months, and the toenails in about 9 to 12 months.

It is not necessary before applying nail scraping.
