JK Pro Audio is an Authorized Dealer of everything we sell. JK was founded in 2005 and has been providing equipment to DJ's, Clubs, Bars, and Venues for over 12 years. All of our Sales Staff are experienced DJ's who have decades of real world, hands on experience, who are ready to help you with ANY questions that you might have; before and after the sale.
Payment
JK Pro Audio accepts all major credit cards and uses PayPal to process yoour payment.
Shipping
All orders received by 4pm will ship same day. We use UPS and USPS for all of our domestic shipping. Items over 100 pounds will be shipped using a Freight service and requires a 2 day prep time. All items over $100 are shipped with full insurance and all items over $750 are shipped with signature required. Shipping to PO boxes is available.
Terms
Payment is due at time of purchase. We accept PayPal and all major credit cards as payment for your order.
Returns
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from JK Pro Audio, you do have the option to return it within 30 days of the sale.
In the off chance you receive a defective product, we will gladly repair or replace it with no additional charges to you. (You paid for a 100% working product and you will get a 100% working product) If for some reason your unit can not be repaired or replaced, a 100% full refund will be issued.
JK Pro Audio reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on any returned items less shipping fees (including those which may have been incurred on free shipping? items). Please read the detailed conditions below on how to return a product.
