| Overseas Shipping |
Overseas Buyers must request shipping fees BEFORE bidding or buying. Contact us using the eBay messaging service.
We require overseas packages Large or Small to be insured. Insurance coverage is included in the shipping cost. USPS will not insure 1st Class International packages, therefore we primarily use: PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL INSURED.
We will at our discretion also ship overseas using REGISTERED MAIL.

| Obtaining Certificates of Authenticity |
Notice that an item is being submitted for a Certificate must be made within 7 days of purchase date. A 60 day extension will be granted. ESP will refund 100% of the purchase price including shipping cost as well as the cost of the Cert. for any item found to be NOT GENUINE. Items which hold a Weiss Expertizing Certificate are returnable, however, they are not eligible for further certificates or extensions.
Inability of a competent & Approved Authority to express an opinion is not grounds for return. No refunds will be made after 120 days.
