Each model is made to order and lovingly made by myself, all parts are designed and made by myself and dispatched with in 4 working days.

Honesty is the best policy as far as I am concerned, my return rate is about 1 in 500 models sent out. If for some reason you were not happy with your product simply return it for a full refund, refund would be issued on the same day the model is returned.

Damage is caused during posting to about 1 in 400, if this was the case with your order you have my word I would sort it as quickly as possible with as little trouble to you as possible. Feel free to check my customer feedback.
