Return & Exchange 

BEFORE OPENING PACKAGE :

  • DO NOT TEAR the bag, cut with scissors only.
  • " Returns REQUIRE manufacturer original packaging and condition" 
  • The return and refund will NOT be accepted if you do not follow these instructions.
  • All items we ship is exactly the order we receive and it is identical to the picture listed in our description.
  • All items are inspected, approved and stamped with a permanent sticker that shows proof of inspection and property of AceCo Auto Parts prior to being shipped to the customer. 
  • All returned items must be in original condition and packaging. 
  • Exchanges are for same side or same item only. No Exceptions
  • We do not accept returned items without issuing an RMA number ( Return Merchandise Authorization ).NO EXCEPTION
  • For all claims / returns / exchanges / refunds, customer must show proof of the item being property of AceCo Auto Parts. This can be done by sending photos of the item to AceCo Auto Parts through eBay message. Please make sure our permanent company sticker is visible ON THE ITEM in at least ONE OF the photos.
  • Refunds usually take 3 to 5 business days for ebay / PayPal to process. If you paid with a credit card, it may take longer, depending on your card provider. We have NO control over the time frame for refund processing. Please contact ebay / PayPal regarding refunds.
