Payment must be received within 3 days. Payments received by personal cheque will take 6 days to clear and items will be dispatched upon clearance.

All Items will be dispatched next working day after payment. Proof of posting is always obtained. Items will not be considered lost in the post until 15 working days after they should have arrived. This is in line with Royal Mail's policies. Claims for items damaged in transit must be made against Royal Mail as they require the packaging; we will provide any necessary information in making such claims.

They are sold as seen so if you are not sure, do not buy, as we will not accept the return. We have sold items brand new/untouched and buyers have returned them used/tried or damaged. Please do not buy an item to try it on and then expect us to accept it back.
