The Jarvis 120cm wide tv unit is ideal for smaller flatscreen TV’s, or where space is at a premium - but when we small we mean up to 55" size TV small! With multiple storage and a shelf directly below your television for electronics, underneath is a handy open display and storage area behind a contoured sliding door. Available in 3 stunning finishes; the base section is finished in a beautiful oak effect veneer whilst the upper section is finished in a matt grey or gloss white or entirely in gloss white - all are hard wearing and easy to clean. There are wiring access points with covers for your convenience and Item is fitted on castors for ease of movement.

The Right Way

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and our quality of service. As we all know, nobody is perfect and there will be very rare occasions when things go wrong: missing parts, late deliveries, jam packed trains at 5 pm, the forecast says clear skies and outside it’s pouring it down and frankly speaking, the world just doesn’t seem to work in the end – but negative feedback doesn’t solve the problem. Your shopping journey doesn’t deserve to end abruptly (it makes us feel bad), it deserves a “happily ever after” (with sequels in visits of course).

Ready-Assembled Furniture

Ready-assembled furniture is not covered under the 30 day returns policy. Please ask as many questions as you want before committing to buy. Please also remember: making measurements is your responsibility, so we recommend you measure carefully, such as your door size to see if the item(s) can fit comfortably through, and also the area where the item(s) will be positioned once delivered.


Wrong Item Delivered

If the wrong item has been delivered, we’ll accept full responsibility with apologies in advance. We’ll arrange to collect the wrong item free of charge, and have the correct item delivered on a priority service.


Mattresses

Unless the mattress is faulty, once the original packaging has been removed, it cannot be returned for health and hygiene purposes. We strongly advise that you try the mattress on the bed with the packaging on first, and only remove the packaging once you’re happy with the product.

Please also remember, we recommend testing mattress firmness by lying down on the mattress with your body weight evenly distributed, as opposed to testing by hand. It can take at least 4 to 8 weeks for your body to adjust and mould into your new mattress.


Change of Mind

If you change your mind and decide to return your order, you may:

  • Ask us to arrange the collection at a cost to you (charge will vary dependant on product): this is the safest method as all liability is on us, or
  • Arrange it yourself, however you are liable for the return of the product: this must be unopened, in pristine condition and sent via a trackable service. Any damages incurred on route back to us will result in a refund less any re-working costs.

Refunds

We work in accordance to the Consumer Rights Act, and we are given 14 days to complete a refund from the date we and the customer come to an agreement that a refund will be required. The refund will therefore be issued:

  • within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, or
  • 14 days after the date you provide proof of return.

Refunds are subject to the returns criteria being adhered to. Customer service is available Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm.

Payment Policy

We only accept PayPal™ as our preferred and securest method of debit and credit card payments.

Please note we can only ship to the address which is on the original eBay sales record or PayPal transaction. We cannot ship to an alternative address that differs from the PayPal transaction. You will need to ensure that your delivery address of choice is updated before you place your order.

Incorrect Price

If you believe a price is incorrect or looks disproportionate, please message us and we’ll provide further information.

Please note that if you place an order and in the unlikely event the price was incorrect, we reserve all rights to cancel your order (this is normal practice).


Alerts & Reservations

Buying to reserve your product is the most recommended way of safeguarding your purchase, as out of stock products usually fly off the shelves within days and can take months for new stock to arrive. For this reason, we no longer send stock alerts or reminders to customers.

To avoid this disappointment, if you’d like to buy and reserve an out of stock product, please contact us and we’ll happily arrange this.


Commitment to Purchase

A purchase on our eBay shop is split in two parts:

  • Commitment to Purchase
  • Payment.

Although other eBay shops operate under a single phase direct-payment option, we’re different because there may be exceptional circumstances for customers (for example, purchasing to reserve an out of stock product).

When you commit to purchase, we view that you have read the item description and understood all related information. You will then have 48 hours to make payment. Unless there is a special agreement between us, if we don’t receive payment after 48 hours, our system will automatically raise a non-payment complaint to eBay.

Customer service is available Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, and Saturday and Sunday 9am to 6pm.


Product Information

We have rigorously simplified the user interface on our eBay shop with you in mind. We believe this information is correct and reliable, free from any misleading information. We therefore plausibly view that all purchases are made on the understanding that you have read the product description and all related policy information.

Any order cancellation requests citing misleading or inaccurate information will be issued with a refund accordingly. We will also thoroughly investigate this, and our system will report buyers to eBay should it be concluded that there was no misleading information. Please note if you decide to cancel after your order has been despatched and during delivery, this will result in a charge (varying depending on the product).


Out of Stock after Payment

Once payment is made, we process your order immediately to ensure your goods are delivered on time. But there are rare occasions when we may be out of stock either for a brief period, or permanently (discontinued line). If any of these circumstances arise, we will notify you within 48 hours. We’ll explain when new stock is due to arrive and if you’re happy to wait. If you’d prefer not to wait, we’ll issue you a refund on the day you notify us, or the day after at the latest.


Warranty

We are pleased to advise that all our products come with a minimum of 12-months warranty where you will receive dedicated product support from us and the manufacturer.

Some of our products also come with lifetime warranties, including our own handmade products. These are of exceptional quality and we have great confidence in all of them! Every order is rigorously quality checked and certified against damages, defects, and imperfections before we send them out to you. So, you can be rest assured that we’ve always got you in mind.
