An original pen and ink drawing by Philip Gough (1908-1986).
Given the number of books illustrated by Gough, I do not know if / where it was published.

Philip Gough was born in England, and illustrated numerous books, including Fairy Tales of Hans Christian Anderson for Peter Lunn Publishers in 1947, and Jane Austen's Emma (1948), Pride and Prejudice (1951), Mansfield Park (1957), and Sense and Sensibility (1958). Gough illustrated over 40 titles between 1947 and 1973, as well as dust jackets for many more.

VAT / CUSTOMS TAXES
Please note that any customs charges or VAT charges are always the buyers responsibility to pay.
This has nothing to do with me and I do not benefit financially from it - it is all done by ebay and I have no control over how much they will charge you.
Countries in Europe and some other countries have rules in place so VAT is paid to ebay and ebay then pay the VAT to your countries government.
If provided by ebay, I can write ebay's VAT number on the parcel to show VAT has been paid as long as the VAT was paid at the ebay checkout.
