* Payment*
Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase. If there is, no prior arrangement to extend payment expectancy a nonpayment claim will be filed with EBay.
*Shipping*
We ship the majority of our Products within one business day. We do not ship over the weekend. We will send you an updated invoice for purchasing multiple items at once from us. We ship our clothing items First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Tracking information will be provided with all purchases within the United States of America. We hold the right to refuse shipment to particular countries or buyers.
*Returns*
Returns are accepted for all items within the U.S.A (No Returns for International Customer's) unless otherwise noted in the listing. All items returned must be in original condition and may not have any additional flaws. If an item was sold "New with Tags”, it must have all tags present. All returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee if opened or tags are not present. Buyers are responsible for paying for shipping charges in the event of a return. Item damaged by customer can not be returned for refund or exchange. Up to 50% will be withhold if Items returned in a different condition, used, worn or dirty.
*International Buyer's*
Returns are not accepted for International Buyer’s. We are not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items. There is no tracking information provided for the International packages for clothing, as the majority of our clothing items will be shipped First Class International (Less than 4 Pounds). We please advise you to "Buy at your own risk" when purchasing internationally as the package is out of our control once, it leaves the United States. Please be aware that depending on where you live packages may take weeks or even months to arrive.
