If customer received a defective product, please first contact us so we can attempt to resolve the issue. Typically, all support requests are responded to within 1-2 business days (M-F). If customer wish to return a brand new and sealed product that you have purchased, you may do so within 30 days of purchase. The product returned must be unopened and in it's original factory packaging. If customer is not satisfied with a product you purchased and have already opened and/or used the product and wish to return. Customer may do so within 30 days of your purchase. Please note that there will be a 10% restocking fee apply from the refund as the item is in a fully functioning. If the returned item is in UNRESTOCKABLE CONDITION or has been used beyond the point of ‘fair usage’ as deemed by a return technician, then a Charge (actual fee will vary depending on the condition of return) will be deducted from customer's refund. If the product is deemed to be defective after simple troubleshooting has failed to resolve the issue(s), you may send the product back to us within 30 days of purchase for repair, replacement or refund if you wish to do so.
