Most orders are shipped the same day or within one business day after the payment has cleared. We always use USPS, UPS or FedEx with tracking information immediately uploaded to the system and available to the buyer. Customers can also pick up with prior arrangement.

We work hard to be environmentally conscious. When possible, we use reclaimed or recycled materials for shipping and packing.

Free shipping is offered in most of our listings. In other cases we'll gladly provide a shipping discount on multiple orders from the same buyer if purchases are all shipped to the same address.

We will only ship to the Paypal shipping address associated with the buyer's account. Please, be sure to check your shipping address before bidding to avoid your item to be shipped to an old, incorrect, or invalid shipping address.

International Buyers please note: We ship through the eBay Global Shipping Program. We ship the item to the eBay's Global Shipping Center in Kentucky, and the Program takes care of every step until it reaches its buyer. Import duties, taxes, and other charges are not included in our item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Free Returns are offered within 30 days after receiving the item for most of domestic transactions. Buyer will receive a refund, or a replacement if inventory is available. Item must be returned in original condition and using packaging that ensure proper transit. 

International buyers please note: We will not be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Refunds will be processed upon return of item in same cosmetic and working condition and verification of serial number when applicable. For electronic items the serial numbers on the boards will be also recorded when possible. Following Ebay Policy, we will withhold a reasonable amount in discretionary returns or if the goods are not received back in good condition. Fees will be calculated based on the original price of the item: 

• up to 50% if the returned item is not in the original condition or there are missing parts, pieces or accessories.
• up to 20% if the Return Reason is Doesn't fit, Changed my mind, Found a better price, Just didn't like it, Ordered by mistake.
