There is a square cut out of a corner. (see picture)

I have measured the piece before the square cut and this measures 1 Yd 9" x 52" Wide.  I then measured the area the includes the cut out corner (still attached to main piece) This measures 40" x 12".  Thus, this one piece actually measures 1 Yard and 22" x 52" Wide,   with a 12" x 12" square cut out of one corner only.

No defects to this fabric, other than the 12" square cut out of it.  Has not been washed. (see last picture for see the cut out square area)

This one piece weighs almost 1 lb.
