Here's a very clean Leica M4-P rangefinder camera body. Made in Canada in 1982.
Functioning 100% well. Shutter speeds are all sound. Film advance smooth. Rangefinder alignment good. Clean shutter curtain.
Minor issues: A little haze in the finder. Some cracking to leatherette on front under lens mount. Some peeling/curling to leatherette on film door.
This particular camera has a rare M4 Black chrome film door type.
The black chrome is immaculate on both top and bottom plates. No dings, dents, scratches, or brassing.
Dials, insignia show no paint loss or fading.
A really beautiful and clean example.
