The goods are shipped using a courier on a 24hr service, and a tracking number is available upon request.
To ensure there are no delays or problems during delivery please provide a contact number. We are able to ship without it but if the address is incomplete/not recognised then there could be a delay and we/the courier will not be able to get in touch with you as quickly as we would like.
Collection from our Mildenhall HQ is available if required.

We are able to ship anywhere in the world within reason. Please get in touch with what you would like to order and whereabouts in the world you are. We will then confirm a price before you make the purchase.

Returns
If you wish to return an item it must be within 30 days of the purchase date.
Should an item prove to be faulty or damaged, we will be happy to provide a full refund and will arrange to have the goods collected.
If goods are purchased in error or if you change your mind we will be happy to refund the cost of the goods less our shipping cost. We also reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of £5.00 if necessary.
