Bought this with a batch of other classic bike/car bits 

Not my area of expertise, but others are listing what looks to be the same items as:

Lambretta Vespa wheel trim Vigano Ulma 

Just the originally chromed outer piece(not the inner plastic ? Lining piece)

Measures 27cm from side to side

1st picture show a small edge I cleaned up with just soap & water

so with some care with a tooth brush & some metal polish it should come up very well indeed

I also have a selection of old chromed bars from the same era I would think
