The head & tail of the spine are faded & chipped. The dust jacket is rubbed & chipped with soiling to the rear panel. The dust jacket is torn with tears to the dust jacket spine with a piece out of its tail & out of its upper half & the adjacent corner of the front panel. LXX11 & [4] pages plus 72 full-page photographic illustrations in black & white. The page edges are slightly darkened. Good in a fair dust wrapper.

Inscribed by one of the photographers and signed "Dorothy Meigs Eidlitz / (of Plate XXXVIII) / Riverdale, Feb. 20 '47".
