Works if "jump started" (via warming back of case with hair dryer) and used regularly.  Works fine when running.  Has been wiped / reset.

If not used regularly, will get "needs charging" display (see second picture) and no amount of charging works (only "jump starting").

Can use as an old tablet, either replacing battery or putting up with its quirks, or use as parts.
