A little history behind these vanity lamps. These lamps, as so many items I list on eBay, belonged to my dear Momma. They were discovered while going through her things. The globes and bases are original to one another, the baubles are not. My mother loved the color red, and I don't remember why she changed out the original baubles to these. The red does add color though!. I've searched high and low for the original baubles, but at this time, have not been able to find them. My Momma and her sister had dressing tables as young ladies and these lamps graced my Momma's. She grew up during the 1930's-1940's. I place the vintage of these lamps around 1939-1946, approximately.
