Delivery Address 

We can only deliver to the delivery address on the Ebay order. No exceptions can be made, if you have made a mistake please contact us immediately and request a cancellation of the order. 

Courier Tracking Number 

Full tracking details are provided on Ebay once the order is made, packed and despatched it is your responsibility to ensure you are available to receive and sign for / or if damaged refuse the delivery. 

Delivery to Ebay designated Parcel Drop Off / Third Party Hubs

Any item which exceeds 1m in length we are unable to accept a third party drop off point as the delivery address, this for example includes ARGO's, Convenience Stores, and Lockers. This is due to the Third Party being unable to accept & store large items. They do and will refuse any item over 1m in length. If you place an order with an invalid address it will be cancelled using the reason "invalid delivery address" 

Combining Postage

Very few courier's will carry 2.5m Long parcels, we are charged for the length, weight and also a volumetric charge, so if you increase your order the courier charge increases significantly therefore it is not possible to combine different types of flashings to reduce the cost. 

Packaging 

For 2.5m Long metal flashings we create our own packaging, made from pieces / lengths of scrap metal, which is then wrapped in copious amounts of tape and pallet wrap which we have found does significantly protect the product whilst in transit. However, some customers do confuse the packaging with the product ordered so please do check you have removed all the metal packaging first before contacting us. Every item manufactured is stamped for QC. 

Feedback

We take huge pride in our products made onsite, so really do value positive feedback, hence if received we always return with the same. 

Please do contact us prior to leaving negative feedback!.. We are a small business, I guarantee we have packed and despatched every item, and for flashings we have made them so will endeavour to resolve any issues.

We offer a 14 working day returns and refund policy from the date of delivery in accordance to the DSR. You will receive the full refund to the value of the order (delivery costs are not included).

The parcel must be returned in brand new condition, unopened and in the original packaging. The customer must bare the tracked delivery cost of the return of the product/order.

This applies to all orders with us unless:

Products ordered in error for any reason 

Products that are ordered in error or that you changed your mind on will be entitled to a credit note at our discretion. All of our metal flashings are made to order, as a manufacturer we carry no stock, so these are custom made, bespoke items as per the listing description. 

Products that are damaged in transit

If a product is damaged in transit the customer or recipient must NOT sign or ACCEPT the delivery. Instead the customer or recipient must REFUSE the delivery by the courier. You must then contact us for further details within 24 hours of the refusal so we can investigate.

Products that are faulty

Products that are faulty due to manufacturing process are entitled to a credit note under the manufacturers' warranty for a limited time specified in the manufacturer's terms and conditions (usually three months). If a product is credit noted due to manufacturing defects, the buyer is responsible for the return of the goods to such address as directed by the supplier. We will then offer you a credit note on return including all reasonable postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights.
