We ship from California. Transit times to the east coast may take up to 8 business days.

USPS First Class Mail - 2 to 7 business days

USPS Priority Mail - 1 to 3 business days.

Fedex Ground or Home Delivery - 2 to 5 business days

FedEx Post - 2 to 8 business days

Ⅵ. We usually ship via UPS or USPS or FEDEX as our sources of shipping. 

Ⅰ . You have 14 days to contact us and 30 days to return it from the date it was received. If this item is in your possession more than 14 days, it is considered used and WE WILL NOT ISSUE YOU A REFUND OR REPLACEMENT. There are NO EXCEPTIONS!

Ⅱ. All returned items MUST BE in the original packaging and you MUST PROVIDE us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your eBay ID.

Ⅲ. We will refund you in FULL, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, AFTER BOTH Buyer and Seller cancel the transaction from eBay. OR, you may choose to have a replacement.

Ⅳ. Return shipping is to be paid by the Buyer.

Ⅴ. If customer is returning product because he/she NO LONGER NEEDS/WANTS it, refund would be less OUR shipping cost.

Ⅰ . 60 Day Manufacturer's Warranty for defective items (excluding items damaged and/or misused after receipt).

Ⅱ. Defective items MUST BE reported and returned to our warehouse after contacting us (and in the original packaging, if possible). You must tell us what the defect is and give us your eBay ID. WE DO NOT REPAIR OR REPLACE ITEMS WITH AN EXPIRED WARRANTY.
