Item is signed, please review the signature on the bottom of the sculpture.  It is quite heavy like it is made of concrete.  I am unsure what it is made out of.  it is in good condition.  The very bottom along the rim of the feet, there are small white paint chips.  Santa measures approx 7.5 inches tall x 3.75 x 4.
