Shipping

We are happy to offer free delivery on our bulbs, bareroot stock and majority of other products. Your parcel will be sent either through Parcelforce or Royal Mail depending on the size and quantity of plants ordered. We recommend that you open your items immediately on receipt. Please note: There will be an extra charge for larger or heavier parcels delivered to all UK Islands, Highlands and Northern Ireland. We will be happy to quote for these, so do email us before purchase if you live in these areas. For example posting to Northern Ireland will cost an extra £8.50

Promotions

Any promotions e.g 'Buy 4 get 5th free' only apply when the customer buys all the items in a single transaction. If you have bought several items in separate transactions within a short space of time then we may be able to combine your orders and apply the promotion. Returns

We endeavour to supply top quality plants and bulbs but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchases, please give us a call as soon as possible after receiving the item so we can discuss a replacement or refund. Occasionally items can get damaged in transit in which case it may be useful to email us a picture.
