This is a Webkinz Cocker Spaniel. His tag reads HM011. EYEBROWS SHOW SIGNS OF WEAR - DON'T MATCH. One of the eyebrows is sticking straight up and the other is flat but not totally sewn on to the head.

A cardboard Code Tag in a plastic envelope is attached to the blue ribbon with two plastic ties BUT READ: I am not sure if the code has been used already.
The plastic covering that is over the cardboard tag is sticky on both the front and the back probably from price stickers.
This plush has no odors. Do not know if it had ever been around pets.
He is about 9 inches long and about 7-1/2 inches wide when measured across from leg to leg.
