Stunning stretch evening dress from British Designer Bruce Oldfield with a striking side drape section in lipstick red. A very fitted figure hugging design the dress has long raglan sleeves, a v shaped drop waist, shoulder pads and a high neck. The design has red stitched seams around the neckline and running diagonally from the front of the neck to the arms. At the back the stitched seams create a low yoke effect.

The straight wiggle skirt with a long slit at the back. There's a concealed rear zip although some of the fabric no longer conceals the upper part of the zip.

The label says size 10.  As a vintage dress I would expect it to come up smaller but it does have some stretch. The measurements given are maximum ( what the fabric stretches to).

Measurements:

Vintage items are at least 20 years old - many much older. They may have been worn by a number of people and will naturally show signs of wear. The hemline may have been altered, seams resewn, a few beads of sequins may be missing, zips may be metal or could have been replaced and older fabrics may have variations in colour. I aim to describe any specific flaws or faults in a garment but if it is vintage you cannot expect it to be in perfect condition.
