2:Tops of boots Perimeter: the length of around a circle of the tops of boots
3:ShankPerimeter: the length of around a circle of the thickest position of the shank
4:Shank height: the length of from the thickest position of the shank to the soles of boots
Note: There are only has boots height and tops of boots perimeter,if boots height does not exceedshank height.

The measurement method of feet and shank is as follows:
Step 1: Foot length –distance between big toe to heel;
Step 2: Foot width - the distance between the left and right sides of the foot;
Step 3: Foot perimeter- the perimeter of the widest position of foot;
Step 4: Abdominal perimeter - the distance ofaround a circlefrom the feet soles to the highest of the instep;
Step 5: Pocket perimeter - the distance ofaround a circlefrom the feet heels to the highest of the instep.
