Is the equipment covered by warranty? Absolutely! All our products are covered by a 12 month parts replacement warranty. This is in case of manufacturing fault but does not cover failure due to incorrect installation or commissioning.
How long will it take to get the equipment? If parts are in stock we can usually ship in one or two days, from there it depends on transport to your location. If an item is urgent please contact us so we can investigate a faster courier for you.
Do you ship overseas? Unfortunately, we are only able to send items within Australia at the moment.
