 Kagoshima pole-and-line fishing bonito with honkarebushi and arabushi, 

as well as kombu and hardwood-grown shiitake mushrooms made from Japanese ingredients, shaved and packed as is.

No additives such as synthetic preservatives or chemical seasonings are used,

 so you can enjoy the seasoning according to your taste.
