A  Useful DIY kit which is used with an Electric Drill (adjustable chuck) or a Variable Speed Car Polisher for Polishing Acrylic Plastics

Suitable for the Automotive, Marine and Aircraft Industries including for use around the Home and Workshop. 

Autosol Acrylic Polish
The paste formula in a 75ml tube offers 10x the polishing power of a liquid equivalent. The Autosol Acrylic Polish formula polishes: acrylic plastic, perspex.
Autosol Acrylic Polish removes common problems such as discolouration, tarnishing, staining and light surface scratches. The surface is left with an ultra-thin wax coating to
prevent the surface from further degradation. This product is non-toxic and ammonia free, making it ideal for household, automotive or industrial use.

This Kit Is Not Suitable For
* Use on Polycarbonates, 
PP (polypropylene), PPO (polyphenylene oxide), TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), PUR (polyurethane plastic rigid) and TPUR (thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer)  
* Removing scratches as it is for polishing acrylics only.

Use. The kit can be used with an electric drill or a variable speed car polisher.

Instructions
Please note that instructions are Not included in with the kit. The hard orange foam pad is used to remove surface blemishes (if necessary) and the soft black foam pad and wool pad
are used for buffing. 
Do not allow the acrylic surface get to hot during polishing using a machine. Excess heat may warp, crack or craze the acrylic. Polishing Plastics can be tricky, so it is advisable
to do a test on an off-cut or on a corner of the item being polished. If in doubt please make contact to discuss further.

1 x 75ml Tube Autosol Acrylic Polish
1 x Pair Foam Polishing Cleaning Pads. Hook and Loop Backed. Orange (coarse) and Black (soft) - 77mm
1 x Backing Pad. M14-2 Female Thread. Hook and Loop. 75mm
1 x Adapter - 6mm to M14-2. This adapter screws in to the backing pad so that it can be used with an electric drill.
1 x Wool Pad. Hook and Loop. 77mm
1 x Cloth

Safety - Safety Goggles / Glasses , Gloves and Dust Masks (not supplied) must be used when using machinery
Always polish in a position with the polishing wheels etc spinning away from you and not towards you.
