Description

To improve the performance of your 3-Tier Heated Airer, the dual-purpose cover speeds up the drying process by keeping the heat contained. The front panel unzips for easy access and the mesh panels help the airflow and stop the airer getting too hot. The washable polyester cover also turns into a practical storage bag for your folded airer.

The Dry:Soon 3-Tier Heated Airer costs just pennies to run*. It’s much kinder to clothes than tumble drying and is neater and more efficient than laying laundry over your radiators, especially in those warm but rainy months.

Fully open, it’s easy to lay delicate items flat or dry smalls and socks – or just open the top shelves to take care of longer items like towels or trousers. You can also save space by only opening the shelves on one side if you don’t have much to dry.

Lightweight and easy to shift around, the Dry:Soon 3-Tier Heated Airer holds up to 15kg of wet washing on its 21m of drying space and it folds down small for easy storage. When your clothes are dry, an external zip turns the cover into a practical storage bag for your folded airer, so you can effectively store it away in a more contained, aesthetic way.

When we introduced our first heated airer in 2008 we knew it was a winner, but we weren’t prepared for just how quickly it would race to the top of the best-sellers list or for how long it would stay there. Since then we’ve not only developed our Standard range but we’ve also introduced the Deluxe range too, as well as a selection of handy accessories to make them the best airers ever.

Ordering

What confirmation information will I receive?

After the order has been placed you will receive:

  • Order Confirmation email - to confirm that your order has been received by Lakeland.
  • Payment Received - to confirm that your payment has been processed by PayPal.
  • Despatched email - to confirm that your order has been despatched by Lakeland.
  • Feedback email - to request that you to leave feedback on your order.

Can I place more than one item on the same order?

Yes. Multiple items can be placed on one order, with only one delivery charge of £3.95.

Can I bid on any item?

No. All of our items are 'Buy it Now' priced. We’re unable to accept any offers for our items.

Can I make changes to my order?

Whilst in your basket prior to payment being taken, you may amend order details. Once your order has been placed, nothing can be amended.

Can I change my address?

Once your order is confirmed then you won’t be able to amend the delivery address. If you have any questions about this then please contact us

Can I select a delivery date when ordering?

We’re unable to offer specific delivery dates. Our standard delivery service is 3 - 5 working days from despatch. You will receive an email once the goods have been despatched with tracking details of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order immediately after placing it.

If your order has already been despatched, you can refuse delivery or contact us.

I want to send an order as a gift.

We’re only able to offer gift wrap and personal messages on our own Lakeland website. We’re not able to offer this service on eBay.

If you provide a delivery address which is different from your billing address then the despatch note provided with the order will clearly display the name and address of the person who placed the order, however all pricing will be removed.

Payments

How do I pay?

The only method of payment is by PayPal. If you have any issues with payments, including declined cards or expired cards, please contact PayPal's Customer Support directly on 0800 358 7911

When can I expect payment to be taken?

Payment by PayPal is required as soon as you place your order. Lakeland will receive your order only once payment is made.

Can I use Lakeland gift vouchers?

No. We’re unable to accept Lakeland Gift Vouchers on our eBay shop. At the moment you can only spend your Lakeland vouchers on our Lakeland website, call centre or in our stores.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to mainland UK only. Sorry, but there are some areas we can't deliver to including Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, BFPO addresses and Northern Ireland.

Do you have any delivery areas that have a longer lead time?

Yes for some remote postcode areas - please allow a couple of extra days.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Throughout the order process you will be given an estimated delivery window. Once your order is despatched you’ll get an email with the tracking details for your order.

The delivery service is Hermes tracked 3-5 day service.
Standard UK deliveries are made Monday to Saturday

Can I track my order?

When your order is despatched we will send you an email with the tracking number so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

Do you deliver to PO Box Addresses?

No. Currently we do not offer delivery to these addresses.

Do I have to be there to sign for delivery?

No signature is required. If you’re not in when delivery is attempted, the carrier will leave in a safe place or with a neighbour.

You can, if you prefer, specify a different delivery address when you order so your items go to your work, a neighbour, or another place where you can collect them.

My delivery has not arrived?

If the delivery is outside the delivery window provided then please check your tracking details to see if it has been left with a neighbour or in a garage etc.

If it is showing as delivered and you’re unable to find it then please contact us with your transaction number so we can investigate further.

I have missing items.

Please bear in mind that if you've ordered a number of items, they could be sent in separate deliveries. If you’re still missing an item, and the estimated delivery date has gone by, then contact us with the transaction number and details of the missing items.

Returns/Refunds

Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?

Yes, please contact us with your transaction number.

Will I be charged for returns?

No.

My item is incorrect.

If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us with your transaction number to arrange for the correct item to be delivered.

I am unhappy with the quality of my item, what do I do?

Please contact us with your transaction number and we will be happy to arrange return or replacement for you

I have received a faulty/damaged item?

If the item you have ordered has arrived faulty or damaged, please contact us with your transaction number and we’ll put things right for you.

How do I cancel my order?

An order cannot be cancelled if it is already with our carrier, however you are able to refuse the delivery and you will be refunded when the order is returned to us.

Please contact us with your transaction number if you need further help.

When will I be refunded for my return?

Once the goods have been collected, please allow up to 5 days for the refund to process back to your PayPal account.

What is the refund process?

We will issue a refund directly to your PayPal account. You will receive an email from eBay inviting you to accept that the order has been cancelled. Please accept and the refund process will be complete.

I have not received my refund

Please allow 7-10 working days from cancellation or collection date for the refund to be processed back to your PayPal account.

If 10 working days have passed and the refund isn’t showing in your PayPal account then please contact us to confirm the refund has been processed.
