Warranty Conditions: 1 Year WARRANTY for UK buyers
To claim warranty, the device must not be physically opened, altered or attempted jail break. We only accept genuine warranty claims and reserve the rights to decline any false or suspected warranty claim. Once accepted, the warranty claims will allow the buyer to get their devices fixed or replaced (if unable to be repaired); repairs are dealt professionally and we aim to repair or replace your device within 10 days, subject to availability of service or stock. Buyer must notify us about the issue/fault the device has developed prior to any warranty claim so we can address the issue. Please note: Warranty does not cover any physical & liquid damages and any damage caused by user or due to wrong use of device and its accessories.
RETURN POLICY:
In case you wish to return the phone for a refund, please return the device within the 30 days of purchase and we shall offer a FULL REFUND.
PLEASE LOGOUT OF YOUR APPLE ID, ICLOUD AND PASSCODE LOCK BEFORE RETURNING OR INCLUDE YOUR PHONE PASSCODE. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED IF PHONE HAS ITUNES , APPLE ID LOCKED INSIDE PHONE OR GOOGLE ACCOUNT LOCKED.
