Batman Japan Exclusive Color Variant DC McFarlane Black & White 49 of 500.  This is a very low serial number for the figure.  The came without a seal and I removed the figure from the box to verify the serial number but NEVER removed it from the foam or plastic.  It is still in untouched condition.
