We accept Paypal payments only as it's the easiest & safest method of payment for both buyers and sellers. With PayPal you can still pay using a Debit / Credit card without having to sign up for a payment account (select checkout as guest).

Please note if you are paying by e-cheque using Paypal, your order cannot be process until the payment gets cleared through Paypal.

All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 24 (unless otherwise stated or chosen).

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed on or during weekends and Bank / Public Holidays are dispatched the following working day. Once your product is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.

Please note that UK delivery timescale is normally Next Working Day however Royal Mail can sometimes take up to 5 working days to deliver parcels sent via First Class Mail so please wait 5 working days from the date of purchase before reaching out and contacting us.

For international buyers we use 1st Class Airmail service. For shipping cost and options for shipping, please see the item details under "Postage & payments tab". International customers must be fully aware of their country customs policies when making purchases from overseas. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs or local postal services. Please Note Mainland Europe Delivery timescale is normally 5-10 working days however sometimes it could take longer than usual. So we request you to please wait at least 15 working days from the date of purchase before contacting us. Worldwide delivery timescale is normally 10-15 working days however sometimes it could take up to 28 days for delivery. If you are not happy to wait 30 days from the time of purchase please do not purchase.

For all returns queries, please message us via eBay Messaging System

1. If you no longer want the product you purchased, kindly send us a message from the eBay messaging system. Please note the product has to be in its original condition as received and unopened. For security and health and safety reasons we will not be able to accept returns of products that have been used.

2. If the item is faulty, we will give you an option to choose for a full refund or replacement item to be sent.

3. If you simply purchased the item in error and no longer want the item and can comply with policy (1) we can only refund total amount you paid minus 25% handling fee.

4. Please note that the buyer is responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance if purchased in error.

5. We will only refund or replace item when it is returned back to us.
