Phyllanthus Niruri helps

• Liver diseases: hepatoprotective qualities used in liver problems such as jaundice, liver cancer and hepatitis.

• Gastrointestinal: Used for acid reflux, flatulence, ulcers and indigestion.

• Kidney and gallbladder stones: mainly used to prevent calcium stones from forming in the kidney and gallbladder. The name of "stonebreaker" was in fact given to this plant for its ability to cure as well as prevent the formation of gallbladder and kidney stones.

• Antiviral Properties: Anti-hepatitis B and HIV helps in curing hepatitis B. Its efficacy in relieving acute symptoms of HIV has also been established by many studies. Phyllanthus Niruri helps in curing hepatitis B to a great extent.

• Diabetes: The herb effectively helps treat and manage diabetes.

• Other problems it treats include: leucorrhoea and menorrhagia in women, urinary disorders, chronic fever, diabetes, excessive thirst, as a diuretic and immunity booster.
